Time to face the facts. What the GOP fears most is what America needs most.
Neither Santorum nor Gingrich can win the Nomination for one simple reason. Neither of them can collect enough delegates to win the Nomination.

Neither man can be the nominee because neither one was able to get on enough states' ballots to make a difference. (564 delegates that Newt can't win ), Same with Santorum (over 700 delegates he can't win ). And the media as well as the GOP is praying to god that the American people continue to remain ignorant of this fact for as long as possible while they try to come up with a strategy that will bury Ron Paul before Romney is forced to face him on stage alone and the commentators are no longer able to marginalize Paul by giving all the questions to everyone but him.

Ron Paul and Mitt Romney are the only two candidates that made it on the ballot in every state. Romney will not beat Obama, he's too similar except he will raise taxes on anyone making 40k a year or less in favor of giving himself lower taxes. Independents are going to run to Obama if Romney is the alternative.
It is a two man race between Ron Paul and Romney for the nomination.
It is also a two man race between Ron Paul and Obama for the White House.
It's time Conservatives and people with any functioning brain cells in their heads started backing the only real candidate that will beat Obama and save America. And whether you like it or not, that candidate is, by default, Ron Paul.
The facts can't be twisted to point in any other direction. The Delegates decide who gets the nomination and you can't get delegates if you aren't on the ballots. It doesn't matter how much money gets pumped into your campaign by special interest groups. The facts are the facts.

Fact : Gingrich and Santorum cannot win the nomination no matter how much they get in " popular " votes.
Fact : Romney will fail epically against Obama in a general election.
Fact : Ron Paul will decimate Obama on his Foreign Policy stance alone. Add in his Economic and Defense policies ( All 3 of which were policies Obama ran on in 2008 and abandoned once he got in the White House so no one would be stupid enough to believe he's going to follow them in his second term ) and you have an un-beatable candidate in the general election who the bulk of the American people will vote for when they finally get a chance to see the man unfiltered and unbiased by the media.
America is broke and the average American is tired of hearing about another war on the horizon and seeing more dead soldiers coming home in coffins for no reason...all the while the freedoms they are dying to " protect " are being stripped away from us by our own government...one by one.
Obama has ‘0’ chance of beating Paul and Washington knows it. The GOP knows it. The corporations that own Washington know it too so they instruct the media outlets they own to hide it from you.
But now you know. Gingrich and Santorum are mathematically incapable of winning the Nomination and Romney can't beat Obama in the general election.
Ron Paul is the only choice we have. It's just nice that, for once, he's the RIGHT choice and not just the " lesser of two evils ".

Montana NDAA Declaration (republished)

Webmaster Note: Our group of ordinary citizens who do not advocate violence or crime, or destruction of property do not have proprietary interest in "We the People" of Montana other than this blog.  This declaration is from unknown author, and this publication does nothing more than republish something send via email, and has been circulated in the State of Montana and elsewhere.

As webmaster, "war" is a subjective term, and one can disagree with lawmakers, sign petitions against the signers of NDAA online as what was formally freedom of speech.  The US Constitution has not been upheld for Occupiers, and ordinary Americans in 2011, culminating in the December 31, 2011 signing of the NDAA by the 44th President.

Again, the author is not attached to our group in MONTANA nor is the author known.  We the ordinary people of Montana wish to republish this sentiment without condoning any violence or "war".  The National Defense of America Act allows military detention of American citizens without Due Process, Habeas Corpus or trial.  It suspends the US Constitution as we know it.

A DECLARATION

Whereas, on the 14th of December, 2011, the House of Representatives of these United States

voted, in the form of the

National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012, in favor of

indefinite military detention, without charges, of American citizens on American soil, without

due process of law, at the discretion of the government alone;

Whereas, on the 15th of December, 2011, the Senate of these United States voted in favor of

the same bill;

Whereas, on the 31st of December, 2011, the President of these United States signed the same

bill into law;

Whereas, the proscription against the use of military force to police the populace has been an

essential feature of American civic life and civic liberty since the arrival of our civilization upon

this continent;

Whereas, the wanton violation of this proscription was one of the chief causes of the

separation of the American people from their government in Great Britain;

Whereas, the Constitution so chartering the government of these United States, in Article

III

Section III, states that

"No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony oftwo Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."

Whereas, the Constitution so chartering the government of these United States, in the Fifth

Amendment, states that no person shall be

"deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due

process of law";

Whereas, the House of Representatives, the Senate, and the President of these United States

have disregarded the plain text of the Constitution;

Whereas, in openly disregarding its founding document,

the government of these United

States has lost any semblance of legitimacy;

Whereas, the use of such draconian measures has been an essential feature of the enforcement

of tyranny by every totalitarian government of the 20th century;

Whereas, the use of such draconian measures is carefully calculated to quash all political

dissent amongst a captive people;

Whereas, the codification of such draconian measures

effectively nullifies all civil liberties

the people may hope to hold;

And whereas, the codification of such draconian measures is

an act of war against the

populace at large;

Therefore, be it declared that a

STATE OF WAR formally exists between the Government of

these United States and the People of these United States,

perpetrated by that Government

against the People.

We, the People of these United States, declare any and all attempts to enforce the provisions of

the NDAA to be unlawful, void, and of no force.

We declare ALL WHO voted in favor of the NDAA, and ALL WHO attempt to enforce the

NDAA to be traitors to these United States, punishable under law.

We SHALL DISOBEY, APPREHEND, OR RESIST WITH FORCE, at our discretion, any

person who attempts to enforce the provisions of the NDAA.

We SHALL NOT aggress against any Federal, State or local government employee who shall

MLK's Dream was stolen

Today in America we watch as the Occupy movement participants were arrested, and saw abusive force by law enforcement, notably the skull fracture of Occupier Scott Olson in Oakland CA.

We wonder if MLK's dream is gone....or was it stolen?

We wonder where the right to life has gone as US Border Patrol Agent Brain Terry was killed by weapons supplied by the US Justice Department, and US Judges seal the grand jury information.

When a group of Americans, within the Baby Boom generation (b.1945-1965) decide that America need not have its constitutional rights, MLK's dream of reaching a mountaintop together is not attainable.  As men of America decide to condone torture, disallow speech, assembly, and petitioning government we are not the land of the free, we are the land of the owned and oppressed.

As the death of US Border Patrol agent Terry by a weapon the US Justice Department intentionally sold to Mexican criminals, we have no accountability in the USA for our governments.  We are not free.  We are given a web of lies by our media who cannot sustain a viable business model, and throughout the world hack cell phones, and other crime to maintain their viewers interest.

As our first African American president ignores civil rights, and allows them to be defiled, we are not free.  As President Obama "worships" MLK he is not paying homage to our nations struggles, and victories.  He is not answering his heritage, but merely a political agenda that is as bankrupt as the men who decided that civil rights of any American should be taken away.

The Mayors in the USA who do not hold law enforcement accountable.

The US Justice department who are merely sorry for Brian Terry's death, and it is a political problem that can avoid indictment, because African Americans are Attorney General, and President.

Americans suffer as rights are not allowed, or upheld in American Streets, Courtrooms, or in executive offices of those who swore an oath to uphold the US Constitution and its Amended Rights.

MLK also gave his rights, and is remembered in January each year.  The question is, what are we celebrating if we have no rights, and we have no dream?

When growing up and especially during our training in the academy we are instructed that the constitutional rights of all must be upheld at all times, as well as the respect for all people we come in contact with or represent. This section of the NDAA attempts to remove those rights which are enumerated and given to us by our creator, and places them in the hands of the office of the President of the United States to be disregarded at his whim. And in those few words lies a conundrum, do we as police officers, sheriffs, deputies and others who have taken the oath to uphold and defend the constitution, now turn our back on that very oath? Do we now turn against the very same people that entrusted us with a most sacred duty to serve and protect them? If in fact we follow a rule of law such as this bill enacts, it would mean that the oath that we all took meant nothing. We are obliged to follow all lawful orders given to us, but we cannot do this blindly. History has seen the result of these acts and has judged them accordingly. I can only ask all of you to take a moment to reflect upon all that we are taught and hold dear, the people we serve deserve and demand our highest respect for it is through them and they alone that we were given this oath. Do we simply turn a blind eye for the sake of political expediency and lose our respect? Is a few pieces of silver so dear that we would sell our honor for it? How will we explain to our friends and loved ones why members of our community were spirited away or how will they see us when they realize (that when their time comes) we won't be there for them? I believe that if and when those orders come, I cannot in good faith and in strict observance to my oath, allow myself to be a part of them. I would hope that members of our military in accordance to the articles of the UCMJ, would also refuse them as well. Katherine Isaacson, and the Deputy Director of Western Montana Mental Health Center John Lynn were asked, warned not to release the information. Stupid is as stupid does does not fall short of Riverfront Counseling Service. No offer of crisis counseling, no contrition from any staff from Riverfront, or WMMHC, no notification of termination of services, (a form of retaliation) nor offer of referral to other services.  Please consider hiring Katherine Isaacson after this mess.

Katherine Issacson LCPC is supposed to be a professional. Professionals resign when they make disasterous mistakes that can't be taken back: As described to the assistant to Paul Meyer, Executive Director of Western Montana Mental Health Center: It would be better to know a family member died in a fiery plane crash than know that therapy goals, diagnoses, prior treatment facilities, yearly goals were released without proper authorization. Katherine Isaacson retaliates after she fails as a director of a medical provider group in Hamilton Montana known as Riverfront Counseling.

Apparently HIPPA training, and that shinny Masters degree, and a professional "license" in Montana had no effect on Katherine Isaacson, a person who needs to resign and leave the health industry.

Ms. Issacson holds a Masters Degree towards being a director of the facility in Hamilton, MT yet has no problems giving up information that federal HIPPA laws forbid release.

Katherine Issacson's support services is apparently going lock-step with the corruption and incompetence in Montana, and failing to protect confidential information of her clients. Notice how even the dog is turning away from Katherine Issacson, Director of Riverfront Counseling in Hamilton.

As a subpoena requested confidential information, Katherine Isaacson LCPC did not protect her patients information, and should not be given employment anywhere else other than Riverfront Counseling Services in Hamilton, MT. To clarify the individual, Ms. Isaacson formally worked in Bozeman, MT prior to taking employment at Riverfront in Hamilton, MT.

A source to this blog network has informed us that Ms. Isaacson does not like to adhere to established policy at Western Montana Mental Health Center as staff meetings were conducted, and as the kinks were worked out for the new crisis facility, West House. There is a printed, in house policy that information is only released by way of lawful process. Apparently, Katherine Isaacson LCPC "support services" at Riverfront was to give up information on counseling goals, prescription scripts, and diagnosis of her patients. Ms. Isaacson may have violated state law in denying services to the patient whose confidential information was released, a retaliatory and punitive action which only caps her unprofessional actions at a licensed, and "professional" counselor in Montana.

This is not the first time confidential information has been released by Riverfront Counseling Service of Hamilton, MT. A former Mayor, Jessica Rendazzo, working as a Counselor at the facility Isaacson heads suddenly quit the Mayor's office and subsequently released FALSE confidential information in Hamilton, MT community. May future employers of Katherine Saelzler Isaacson LCPC beware: she is not professional, she does not direct her staff professionally, and she releases information that is confidential and protected.
