The Montana Highway Patrol decides which recruit gets a test score, blames victims of accidents, and "throws" accidents to the benefit of native Montanans. The court system is not much different.

As a newspaper "man" Jim McGowan feels peaceful assembly is criminal trespass.  Thats right, first amendment people like Jim McGowan who work at newspapers like the Missoulian in Missoula MT feel a person's picture, and a story that "it took less than 10 minutes to convict" someone of a first amendment right.  Sounds like Jim McGowan is a company man.

Here is the most pathetic part about Jim McGowan: he had to call nine (9) people to ask if he could remove a story from the internet that violates a person's rights.  How incompetent is Jim McGowan or compromised to doing the right thing?

 

Jim McGowan made me write a short summary of why each of five stories should be removed....and then never responded.  Most people would call that an asshole, I would call him a pathetic company man who got his job for being a yes man.

 

I retired Jim McGowan's prior publisher at the Missoulian.  She decided to lie to Lee counsel who made a sworn statement to a federal judge.  I had asked the sister paper Ravalli Republic not to defame me on July 9, 2009 and the Hamilton Police Chief showed up.

 

Funny, the police Chief entered my house unlawfully, and Jim McGowan's Missoulian did not publish a thing, nor did the police chief get fired, disciplined etc. (see second video for criminal charges that can be filed).

 



 

FYI this is what I told my city council about him.  It all fits....the corruption that is.  Jim McGowan was chosen due to being able to fit in, and work with the worst corruption in the USA.

Barry Beach petition

This Blog is to give the URL to the Change.org petition from the public to ask for new trial, or free a man who has served more than 30 years in prison, and has questionable evidence against him for a murder in Poplar MT.

Barry Beach has had many organizations including the innocence project act on his behalf.  As the We the People blog of Montana, I am using my speech to further this cause.  While I will hold judgement about the issues here, I am merely allowing people more access to this petition.

Signing this petition does not FREE Barry Beach.  This petition gives public support, and pressure to the Montana authorities.  It only appears that many mistakes were made in the Barry Beach case, and we collectively believe in guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.  There is a reasonable doubt that Barry Beach did not commit this crime 30 years ago, so a signature would bring awareness to this issue.

The Missoula Independent paper has done several articles on Barry Beach, much convincing evidence has been brought with respect to his case.  This blog can only publish opinion, that which is protected by free speech.

This is not a problem unique to Montana.  Any state can make mistakes.

2015 update: Two more law student prosecutors in summer '15 and a 68% Bar pass rate.  The Blewett Law School will let any student prosecute, because they blew it when they applied and enrolled.

2014 Update: former Dean Russell can be accredited with a drop of 30% in the passage rate of the Bar Exam at the U of Montana.  The former passage rate was 94% and current 64%.  Hope she is fond of Montana corruption because these stats dont make her attractive as a candidate for any other law school.

The level of crime involved is hard to grasp when so much unethical behavior is involved.  Assisting the unauthorized practice of any person (including alumni of UM Law) violate Montana Ethics Rule 5.5.  While you have standing as an ABA Ethics scholar, my Webster’s Dictionary lists ethical as “conforming to acceptable standards of conduct.”  This is where the problem originates.  By not meeting with citizens at a publically supported University, protecting the criminal and unethical conduct of a former student, then approving staff that were integral to the criminal acts of Angela Wetzsteon ‘08 as paid UM law advisors reached strike three.

The University was plagued with a rape crisis, exacerbated by UM law alumnus unable to break corruption in their professional endeavors to prosecute rapes at UM.  That lawyer “product” are UM graduating law students, who impersonate public officials as students, and in Wetzsteon’s case enjoin perjury by swearing 21 May 2010 supervision.  These crimes are serious felonies, just as the many rape offenses transpired on the University of Montana Campus without prosecution.

Your law school, under your direction is the origin and etiology of the rape crisis.  Crime does not pay, nor does conspiring or agreeing to cover it up, or pretending it doesn’t exist Ms. Russell.

Jim Messina ’93 on the Alumni Board for the University of Montana is finding this out by way of great significance to insignificance, as is his protégé, US Senator Max Baucus.  The UM Chief Counsel, to former Dean Edwin Eck, and now your former clinics director Peggy Tonon need to learn this valuable lesson.  Before UM’s accreditation is removed by the AALS, ABA as this lesson is not yet learned, please step down before it compromises future law education in Montana.   Tell UM President Engstrom: ignoring crime was your downfall as UM Law Dean.

I have written a comprehensive report about the Montana Law School sent to you by the American Bar Association indicating on October 20, 2007 your faculty knew or should have known that a student practiced unsupervised, a felony crime.  As other students have practiced unsupervised or bragged about it online, your faculty is negligent; and as their Dean, their leader.

There is an organization called the European Law Student Association or ELSA.  They span forty-two (42) countries and have 37,000 members.  This organization promotes human rights, and effective use of law skills.  They endorse the disbarment of UM’s Angela Wetzsteon for unsupervised prosecution, use of tampered evidence, and violations of protected, and sworn rights.  Your law school got the ELSA’s attention in the USA by covering up those crimes.

8. Montana Governor Steve Bullock

In 2007 Steve Bullock, then working in the Montana Attorney General Office, (something he lied about initially) he threatened my job with FEMA and my house because I questioned the constitutionality of his county attorney George Corn [available: www.GeorgeCorn.com].  He tried to be a good criminal by just saying his name was Steve.  I asked how he planned on threatening me since I did not work in state, or in Ravalli County where I asked for oversight of the County Attorney.

 

"Do you like your job with FEMA, do you like your House?" --quote from Steve Bullock's threat to my livelihood (2007).

--this threat to livelihood against a federal officer should put Bullock in Jail for 18 USC 372 AND PREVIOUSLY 18 USC 242 for Civil Rights.

 

Steve Bullock then protected the agent of this threat, a Montana Law student by the name of Angela Wetzsteon '08 as she prosecuted solo on August 8, 2007 in Hamilton, MT.  Ms. Wetzsteon's dean Edwin Eck (now Attorney General Chief of Consumer Protection) got a presidential appointment so he would not discipline or disbar her.  Steve Bullock violated Montana Ethics Rule 5.5 by protecting Angela Wetzsteon [available: www.AngelaWetzsteon.blogspot.com].

 

The presidential appointment has politically nullified the man who re-elected US President Obama, Jim Messina.  It was probably a factor in US Senator Max Baucus's decision to not seek re-election.

 

As the saying goes, what does not kill you only makes you stronger.  So as the current Governor of the State of Montana threatened my livelihood, it only made me stronger.

 

Dear Steve Bullock, Governor of Montana:

acting unethically, and covering up crime, not to mention threatening a citizen of Montana will stop you short of becoming anything outside the state of Montana.  Undoubtedly there is a FBI file on you, as your threats to me are contained in two (2) affidavits.  As you are "vetted" for a cabinet positon in the future, these unfortunate documents will show up.  If not this blog will.

Why Americans have to dis-associate and go crazy about animals is beyond me. Dealing with the Inhumane group of New Hampshire was just that--inhumane.

When a decision needs to be made about human rights vs. animal rights some of the animal people are just simply not taking in new information. Intelligence means changing your views when information creates no choice other than a shift in position. Americans need something to believe in, some have "blind faith" in something that does not talk back: animals.

Coming from an American in Montana, I support the wolf boycott, but only due to no human rights, nor constitutional rights in Montana. The Legislative rider overriding US Judge Malloy troubles me, only due to my Congressmen, my President ignoring the suffering of Americans in Montana, when queried. There is no America left when our rights are gone; even to petition Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming about a wolf hunt.

If wolves is your thing, great. I back the US Constitution, and cannot bear the suffering and death of Americans I have encountered in Montana.
